It's possible to have multiple check-in emails configured.

For example, you may wish to have one check-in email sent 7 days prior to the guest's arrival, and a reminder email sent 2 days prior to arrival.

The good news is that we have put in place a rule, whereby if a guest has completed their check-in, they will not receive subsequent check-in emails 👍

This way you can avoid send emails unnecessarily.
