What is it?
When you send a post-stay email to your guest, it asks them to rate their stay:
This page lists the ratings that your guests left you, and also you can see the action they took (if any):
Interacting with guest feedback
In the example above, we can see that Matthew was very happy with his stay, and gave us a post-stay rating of 5. However, Matthew didn't complete the TripAdvisor review.
Jack was also happy with his stay, and we can see that he completed a review on TripAdvisor (note the TripAdvisor logo).
Trent was very unhappy with his stay, and gave us a post-stay rating of 1. We can see that he completed our internal survey, instead of his rating and comments making it to TripAdvisor.
Clicking the text in the Feedback column will open the guest's profile for that stay, where for example, we can see the results of the survey the guest completed.
