What is it?

Guests can submit special requests from the Concierge page prior to their stay:

When the guest submits their request, it will be sent to your property in an email, but you can always view all requests from the page Guest Activity > Special requests.

Responding to special requests

When you receive the email from GuestJoy telling you a guest has submitted a request, simply reply to that email, is it will go directly back to the guest.
