What is it?
Guests can submit special requests from the Concierge page prior to their stay:
When the guest submits their request, it will be sent to your property in an email, but you can always view all requests from the page Guest Activity > Special requests.
Clicking on the Guest's name will open their profile for that stay, which also shows the special request they submitted. From there, you can easily grab the guest's email address so that you can respond to their request.
